In short. TwiceOn reads medical documents you upload, copies the values, converts units, translates them into English and builds a dossier with the source page of every value. It does not interpret anything and is not medical advice. You check every value against your originals. The service is free during the pilot. Questions: help@twiceon.com.

Who we are

TwiceOn is run by DEVITGROUP LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 12709920), registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. In these terms "we" and "TwiceOn" mean DEVITGROUP LTD. This is a registered address, not an office open to visitors. Email is the quickest way to reach us: help@twiceon.com.

What the service does

  • You upload medical documents (PDF, JPG or PNG).
  • We read them with the help of AI services, copy the values as printed, convert units with published factors and show the original value beside every converted one.
  • We translate the text into English and mark it as machine translation.
  • You review each value against your originals. Then we build a dossier (a PDF) in which every value cites its document and page.

What the service is not

  • It is not medical advice and not a medical opinion. We do not interpret results, compare them with reference ranges, or suggest a diagnosis or a treatment.
  • It is not a certified translation. No translator confirms it. If an authority, insurer, court or clinic asks for a certified translation, order one from a qualified translator.
  • It does not replace your documents. A healthcare professional should rely on your original documents, which every value cites by document and page.
  • In an emergency or if you worry about your health, contact a doctor or your local emergency number. Do not use the dossier for that.

The pilot

TwiceOn is in a closed pilot. Accounts are created for invited people, and the dossier service opens to them step by step. Parts of this page describe the service as it will work when it opens to you.

Who may use it

You must be 18 or older. You may upload only your own documents, or the documents of your child under 18 if you are their parent or legal guardian. If you help an adult with their documents, that person must create their own account and give their own consent. Do not upload documents about anyone else.

Your account

Give a correct email address and keep your password secret. You can sign in with a password or with Google. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at once at help@twiceon.com if you think someone else has used it. You can delete your account and everything in it at any time.

Your documents and consent

Before your first upload we ask for your explicit consent to process your health data, on its own screen. Nothing is uploaded without it. How we handle your data is in the privacy notice. You keep all rights in your documents and in the dossier. You allow us to use them only to provide the service to you.

Check every value

AI makes mistakes. Please check each value in your dossier against your originals before you use or share it, and tell us about any error so that we can correct it. If you find an error that we caused, we correct it free of charge.

What you must not do

  • Do not upload anything unlawful, or documents you have no right to upload.
  • Do not try to break, overload or probe the service, or to reach other people's data.
  • Do not use the service to build a competing product or to copy it in bulk.
  • Do not use it to make decisions about someone else's treatment.

We may suspend an account that breaks these rules, and we tell you why unless the law stops us.

The first version is free

The first version of TwiceOn is free. It may change, be limited to invited users, or be withdrawn. We give you notice by email of any change that affects your documents, and we delete your documents as described in the privacy notice. If we introduce charges, we will tell you before any charge applies, and nothing is charged without your separate agreement.

Our responsibility

  • We provide the service with reasonable care and skill.
  • We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable to you and us when you started using the service, or for business losses.
  • Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud, or anything else the law does not allow us to limit.
  • If your dossier contains an error we caused, we correct it free of charge.
  • We do not promise that the service will always be available or free of errors. We back up the database and delete documents on a fixed schedule, so keep your own copy of anything you need.

Ending

You can stop using the service and delete your account whenever you like. We may end the service or your access with notice by email, and sooner if you break these terms. We then delete your documents as described in the privacy notice. The dossier PDF you have already downloaded stays with you.

Changes

We may update these terms. We change the date at the top. If a change matters to you, we email you before it takes effect, and you can delete your account if you do not agree.

Law and complaints

English law applies. If you live in the EU or EEA, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country and may bring claims in your local courts. If you live in the United Kingdom, you may bring claims in the courts of England and Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland, whichever applies to you.

Please write to us first at help@twiceon.com so that we can put things right. We reply within 14 working days. Complaints about personal data go to privacy@twiceon.com and are described in the privacy notice.
